Hemodialysis
Why choose hemodialysis?
Vaginoplasty is the operation that can correct the morphological differences of the labia, a frequent source of embarrassment or discomfort in many women of different ages. It can cause embarrassment or discomfort, and therefore affect the relationship with the partner. Although it is a common occurrence after childbirth, it can also occur in women without children, regardless of age. The most common disorder is an elongated or drooping lip, but it can be seen on both sides.
The operation briefly
Vaginoplasty is simple and reliable. Removing excess lips creates a more natural look. The patient will still be able to feel normal after surgery. It will be almost impossible to see any sign.
Sections
The incisions are usually hidden in one aspect of the lip skin. After a while almost nothing will appear.
Medicines
Vaginoplasty, like any surgery, needs proper preparation. A complete medical history should be taken before each operation. As a precautionary measure, no homeopathic or herbal medicine should be taken 7-10 days before surgery or for 3 days after. Also avoid aspirin and anti-inflammatory tablets. A list of prescription drugs for your preoperative assessment would be helpful.
Recovery from Vaginoplasty
Vaginoplasty is most commonly performed under local anesthesia. There will be some discomfort for the first few days, but you will be able to walk and do your daily chores. Exercise should be avoided for the first week and any sexual activity for 4 weeks.
It is very important to keep the lip area clean with regular washing, but patients should avoid soaps for the first week. The stitches are absorbable and therefore will fall off on their own.
Possible complications of Vaginoplasty
Complications are rare. However, there are always small risks, as with any surgery. These include the risk of bleeding, infection, deformed scars, discomfort or discomfort.
