For Laser Regeneration either Fractional Laser with fractional abrasion (Pixel) is used, where only a fraction of the skin surface is treated, so that there is always a healthy surface part that helps in quick recovery, or IPL (pulse light) where the energy of pulsed light used to rejuvenate the skin by activating collagen. The Laser can be made more aggressive or softer
so that, depending on the parameters we define, there is the possibility of acting on a variety of problems (fine wrinkles , loose and dull skin) and depending on the skin requirements of patients. The specific wavelength of the fractional laser penetrates deep enough to activate the fibroblasts for continued collagen production even when treatment has stopped. At the same time, it is mild enough so that the skin does not burn and does not create healing problems (pain, redness, flaking, etc.) and patients return immediately to their daily routine. The result is a superficial vitality, radiance and smoothing of the skin that continues for many months after the treatments. This method is great for Acne Scars and for themopen pores , achieving a smoothing of facial skin that persists even after 6 months. The sessions last about 30 minutes and require 4-6 repetitions with an interval of 3-4 weeks. The IPL is used in milder problems (and in discoloration as small vessels, frecklesetc) and acts longer term and less aggressively. The first action concerns the discolorations (spots, freckles, varicose veins, redness) and they need maybe 2 repetitions with an interval of about 3 weeks between them. For facial renewal and tightening, we use it at a lower intensity and more frequent repetitions (up to 6 repetitions per week) and it works through the activation of fibroblasts and elastic fibers. This way there are no adverse effects (pain, redness, flaking) and the return to daily life is immediate. It can be combined with other rejuvenating treatments such as Accent (radio frequency) or LPG-Endermologie (head to face).
