easier rupture of fat cell lobes, reduction of bleeding / bruising and increased postoperative analgesia. The operation briefly

In EVL-liposculpture we use a special device of reciprocating motion and cannulas with a specific and very specialized configuration of their tip.

The operation is divided into 4 stages:

In the 1st ^the inflating anesthetic fluid is prepared for the preparation of the fat, in the areas of interest.

In the 2nd ^, the fat is liquefied / separated with special cannulas that have a continuous reciprocating motion.

In the 3rd ^the fat is aspirated.

At 4 ^{, the} step is normalization / equalization of residual fat in the areas worked.

The EVL-liposculpture method has advantages over the other methods of active (laser, rf, vaser) liposuction in that it does not produce heat and does not damage vital organs (skin, nerves and ligaments). Removes excess fat and at the same time balances the remaining amount of fat, so as not to create uneven distributions on the surface of the skin after surgery.

A pressure corset will be worn for 3-4 weeks and sports activities will resume after 4 weeks. Patients leave the clinic on the same day.

Sections

There are no incisions but small holes, usually hidden in folds of skin.

Drugs / Smoking

The EVL-liposculpture needs proper preparation, like any surgery.

It is always better if you do not smoke. If you are a smoker try to quit smoking for 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after surgery. If you can not quit smoking, you will definitely be able to reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke per day to 5, which will significantly reduce the chances of complications (bruises, bruises, swelling).

Do not take herbal medicines for about 10 days before surgery or for 3 days after (arnica etc.). Also avoid aspirin (salospir), 7-10 days preoperatively, and anti-inflammatory 3-4 days preoperatively.

Complications

The following are the most common but there are others that are mentioned in the international literature.

Serum dye / collection : usually occurs in the 2nd-3rd week. Needed needle aspiration or infrequent reoperation.

Hematoma : as above.

Eczema : transient and go away in a few days.

Skin unevenness : minor reoperation with local anesthesia may be needed.
