(RF Fractional Microneedle)

How is it done?
In Bipolar Fractional Radiofrequency (Bipolar RF) the special head rests on the skin and the radiofrequency is transmitted to the subcutaneous with high intensity waves where they heat the fibroblasts resulting in the creation and activation of collagen and elastic fibers. The rearrangement of these fibers brings spectacular results in tightening and straightening loose skin either on the face or on the body.
In Microfluidic Radio Frequencies (Rf Microneedle) the many small needles (0.17mm in diameter) enter the skin painlessly and emit waves of targeted radio frequencies to the underlying tissues. These waves are either monopolar (ie emitted directly at the depth of the tissues) or bipolar-multipolar (ie emitted between the mini needles, more superficially). Depending on the mode of operation, monopolar or bipolar radio frequencies, heat different depths of tissues and cause intense and continuous regeneration of the entire thickness of the skin.
How It Works
The heads have 25 (5 by 5) or 49 (7 by 7) mini needles (gold plated) with a diameter of 0.17mm. These very fine needles enter painlessly at a controlled depth of 0.5mm to 3mm, depending on the target tissue, and release energy in a controlled manner in terms of the depth and time of the energy wave.
The needles are either insulated and release energy to the last 0.2mm of their length or uninsulated and release energy along their entire length. It is easy to understand that insulated needles do not irritate the skin but only the point where the tip of the needle reaches. Uninsulated needles irritate the entire thickness of the skin and therefore the skin according to the requirements of each treatment.
Finally, the pulse time plays an important role, ie for how long the energy of the radio frequencies will be released. This time is adjusted in steps of 10 msec for complete control over the final result.
The treatments
There are different treatments depending on the problem. The usual procedure involves one session with RF Bipolar and RF Microneedle (bipolar & monopolar) every month for three (3) months but a total of four (4) times. It lasts, for the whole face and neck, 20-30 minutes. Treats fine wrinkles, acne scars, revitalizes the skin and makes it glowing and firm.
When we want to act on relaxation for painless facelift, the above treatment is combined with weekly RF Bipolar and RF Microneedle (bipolar & monopolar) between the above sessions. RF Bipolar will be done once a week for a total of nine (9) times. Recovery
About 24 hours later, any irritation has subsided, making this new treatment suitable for all year round (and summer) as the risk of transient hyperpigmentation disappears. It does not hurt at all but if necessary we use a suitable anesthetic cream.
